Multitrack

I’m the Fellows Co-Ordinator for the Multitrack Fellowship (September – December 2024).

Multitrack is an entry level fellowship for people who face barriers entering the audio industry on the grounds of race, socioeconomic background and/or disability. Multitrack offers 3 months of paid work placements, weekly training, networking opportunities and a ring-fenced BBC commissioning round.

I led on devising and co-ordinating a 14 week training programme for 11 Multitrack Fellows, including designing the format for Multitrack’s new Masterclass Listening Sessions and managing a group of volunteers to deliver these sessions. I’m also the safeguarding officer and pastoral lead for the fellows – I have weekly one-to-ones with each fellow, and I facilitate a weekly group check in too.

I love facilitating & training stuff! Have a look at my other experience here.
