SETTLED IN GLASGOW

The way I got into audio was through oral history. It’s a way of democratising how certain histories are remembered. When I was living in Glasgow, I started the Settled in Glasgow Oral History Archive – it’s a collection of memories of Glaswegians who were born outside the UK.

I also ended up co-curating an exhibition with Alasdair Campbell and the SIGOHA participants for Refugee Festival Scotland 2016. There’s some info on it here.

The SIGOHA website was designed by my friend, Douglas Eddie.
