safe + sound is an open mic night for radio docs, podcasts, music + sound art – which I co-host with my audio husband, Kit Callin.
Every event we do a call for submissions on a different theme, and anyone who wants to submit literally any audio they want as long as it’s under 7 minutes. We record in front of an audience, with live performances and DJs too. Recordings of each event are played on Resonance FM.

We always have cushions and drinks and other cosy such things. Keep an eye on our socials for the next event, they’re usually super fun and a nice space to meet other audio people.
